This is an 11.25 x 11 inch paper that was folded into a 12-page 3.75 x 5.5 inch booklet with 10 illustrations. Not dated but probably published/printed before 1950 by Hunt & Company who they were purchased from. Excellent condition except that the pages have yellowed from age.
