EXCLUSIVE JAPANESE COINS EDITION

Both hobbyist and professional magicians are always looking for a quick piece of magic that can be easily carried with them and performed at a moment’s notice.

This package contains three of those routines.

Another great thing that many of those magicians are aware of is that magic routines that end with an impossible object that is also examinable always get great reactions.

All three of these routines end that way.

Coin magic specialists are often in pursuit of one-coin routines that are easy to follow and even easier for audiences to describe.

All three of these routines are simple to follow, one-phase, one-coin routines.

Bent Coin: An examined Japanese coin is bent as it is rubbed by your fingers.

David Roth’s Eraser Coin: A Japanese coin is ground down and erased with your fingers.

Meir Yedid’s Sharpie Spiker: An examined Japanese coin is pierced with a Sharpie marker.

Although all three routines are great quick visuals they can also be used as endings to longer routines and can be used to get rid of gaffed coins.

Comes complete with a Bent Japanese Coin, an Eraser Japanese Coin, a Sharpie Spiker Japanese Coin, a matching regular Japanese Coin, and access to an online video tutorial by Meir Yedid. A Meir Yedid Magic product.

    5 Stars

In a previous review, I looked at Meir Yedid’s Japanese coin shell set, giving my glowing recommendation for those seeking a unique set of coins to use in your magic. So, I’m excited to dive into his latest gem, “Bent, Erased & Spiked (Japanese Coin Edition).” This wonderful collection showcases three fantastic single-coin pocket tricks featuring Meir Yedid’s beautifully crafted Japanese coins. These three exceptional tricks are plucked straight from the Meir Yedid Magic catalog and will delight your audiences. Each trick ends with an impossible object that your audience can inspect and handle, and the best part is that they are suitable for any skill level. The tricks include David Roth’s “Eraser Coin,” where a Japanese coin magically appears to get erased slowly and ground down by the tips of your fingers; “Bent Coin,” an inspected Japanese coin that bends as you rub it; and Meir Yedid’s “Spiked Sharpie,” where an examined Japanese coin is surprisingly pierced through with a Sharpie marker.

Like everything Meir has created, these gimmicks, and his Japanese Coins in general, are made to last for a lifetime of performances. To top it all off, you’ll receive a 15-minute instructional video featuring Meir Yedid guiding you through all the key moves and routines needed for these tricks to shine.

This attractive bundle offers three outstanding pocket tricks, perfect for any coin magician looking to step beyond the classic Coins Across routine. “Bent, Erased & Spiked (Japanese Coin Edition)” is also the perfect companion to Meir’s custom Japanese Coins. Highly recommended.

  • These coins are just beautiful and very well made.

I bought this Japanese Coins Set with the Bent, Erased & Spiked (Meir Yedid) gimmick coins set. I must say that these coins are just beautiful and very well made.

First the Gimmicked coins set is great and beautiful. Very well made. We get 3 different ones so we can use whichever the one we like the most. The tutorial is good and teach the essential needed.

Second the shell coin just fits perfectly and is very smooth to use. There is no differences in looking at the coins or the shell, we cant tell which one is which just by looking at them. The routine supplied is great and I will use it. Very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to have an alternative to chinese coins that were more realistic looking. Those Japanese Coins are just that.

    Thanks Meir Yedid.

    Ben
