Face The Facts (Ron Frost)
This surprising routine begins as an observation test with a handful of face up and face down cards. The audience is asked to remember as much as they can as you begin grilling them about what they saw. You then show the other side of the cards and run a second quick quiz.
Cards are then eliminated until you are left with two face down cards, one with a red back and the other with a blue back, one is a face card and one is a number card. The audience must now decide which is which. They agree that the red backed card must be the face card -- but they are wrong. It turns out to be a number card. The least suspected card is now turned over to show a face but it is a three dimensional face smiling back at them.
Mere words cannot convey the reaction this routine gets from audiences. Comes complete with all necessary cards and gimmicks. Easy to do. No sleight-of-hand. Can be learned in minutes.
