The Ring & Spring puzzle has been included in magic sets and sold in magic shops for many years. It is likely that you have owned this at one time but never used it. There are a few magicians who perform this and present it as magic.

The basic premise is that of handing a spectator a small spring with a ring attached to it. The spectator will not be able to separate the two objects while you are able to make them penetrate through each other.
